Who We Are

ACHE of the Triad is an independent chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), a global nonprofit association representing more than 48,000 healthcare leaders. Our chapter serves professionals across diverse disciplines and organizations throughout North Carolina’s Triad region, including Alamance, Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Guilford, Randolph, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry, and Yadkin counties.

Our Mission

ACHE-T is to be the professional membership society for the healthcare executives; to meet its member's professional and educational, and leadership needs, to promote high ethical standards and conduct, to advance healthcare leadership and management excellence; and to promote the mission of ACHE.

Our Focus

Our work is grounded in three core priorities:

  • Leadership Development – Supporting leaders at all stages of their careers through education, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities

  • Connection & Community – Creating intentional spaces for collaboration, relationship-building, and peer support

  • Service & Engagement – Strengthening our healthcare community through volunteerism, innovation, and shared leadership

Board of Directors

The ACHE of the Triad Board of Directors is a volunteer leadership group responsible for guiding the chapter’s strategic direction, programming, and member engagement.

Our board members represent a diverse cross-section of healthcare organizations and bring a shared commitment to advancing leadership excellence within our region.
